Free training
Times for free training may be used to plan activities, such as the Beginners' Course. These activities are communicated on the Events page.
Coached Training
At the Coached Trainer, you can get tips regarding your technique from our professional trainers. They will also help you to get to know some competition styles, and to get to know your bow, and other materials. You can ask them every question you have, and they will help at every level. Thus: don't be afraid to join a Coached Training, even if you are still a beginner.
Training outside the schedule
You can also train at our outdoor range (18-90 meters) outside the training hours. Please ask the board about this, if you are interested.
